Hetty Davelaar

Trying new things and challenging herself describes Hariette Davelaar, commonly known as Hetty, perfectly, because it brings her the opportunity to learn and experience. The fashion and entertainment world is where she feels herself at home. Hard work is her way to success.

Hetty’s activities are fashion, organizing, planning, dancing and listening to music. She loves to watch Fashion-TV like E online and to read fashion magazines like Cosmopolitan, Fashion, Vogue, Elite, Blackhair magazine (they rock!). Besides her study, Human Resource Management (Master Degree), and her job at a Bank, she is a reporter, stylist and interviewer (Star Update) for 4You-th Magazine.

In December 2009 she won a fashion program “Fashonista na Bista” at local channel 8 TeleCuraçao. In 2011 she was one of the judge at the finals of Curaçao Top Photo Model. In July she was casted for a Mc Donald commercial for Trinidad & Tobago.

What she really likes is helping people, exploring her voluntary experiences and caring for children in need. That’s why she is a member of a service club and a Kids Club as well.
